I feel like crap because I ate like crap yesterday. I don’t know why I feel the urge to sabotage myself and work at ruining the previous weight loss I’ve had.

So, I tried to start out this morning on a good note.

I had a coke zero with some multi-grain eggo waffles with some light syrup. This instead of the regular coke and two (!!!!) chocolate (because two wasn’t bad enough!?!?) covered donuts I had yesterday.

For lunch I plan on coming home to eat something fabulously low cal. This instead of the 3 (!!!!!) 5 piece chicken nuggets, medium fry and about half of a medium coke I had yesterday.

Dinner I will face when it’s time. I would say I’d come home and cook some super great veggies but since all my pots are currently dirty that won’t be happening. Hopefully my mom will choose to cook some but I highly doubt it.

Here’s to hoping I can get back on the bandwagon in full force today, if not very soon!
